With its massive scale, cutting-edge architecture, and comprehensive facilities, it has become the premier venue for hosting national and international large-scale exhibitions as well as high-end business forums, setting a new benchmark for exhibition venues in northern China.

We precisely aligned the architectural style and operational requirements of the New National Exhibition Center Phase II, delivering a customized one-stop intelligent access solution for the venue. Addressing four key challenges—intense visitor flow, transportation of large exhibits, round-the-clock high-frequency usage, and premium image presentation—we tailored solutions to meet specific needs across different areas including the main entrance, connecting corridors, conference centers, and logistics channels. Our portfolio includes over 1,000 units of various door types such as elephant doors, steel doors, aluminum panel doors, maintenance access doors, and central- hanging doors.

01 Elephant Gate

The "Elephant Gate," also known as the master-slave gate, features a force-distributing structural design for its door body and frame framework to optimize load-bearing capacity while minimizing self-weight. Computer simulations enabled the development of swing doors with large spans and heights. Tailored to specific venue requirements, this system integrates various hardware components—including closes and central hinges—to create an integrated door solution for large-scale facilities.

02 Steel Door

Custom steel profile doors feature grooved cross-sections that accommodate strips or brushes, delivering superior overall aesthetics compared to standard steel pipe doors. In terms of surface treatment, the steel profiles undergo welding followed by grinding and subsequent finishing processes, resulting in seamless joints and an enhanced visual appearance.

03 Aluminum Plate Door

These doors are tailored to fit the surrounding structure of the venue, featuring custom aluminum panel hinges and floor-mounted mechanisms that provide thermal insulation, heat resistance, and noise reduction.

04 Maintenance Access Door

Customized to fit the curtain wall inter layer structure, facilitating daily equipment maintenance.

05 Central -Hanging Door

Given the unique structure and operational characteristics of traditional central-hinged doors, KBB has comprehensively upgraded key components to enhance product functionality and user convenience. The door now features a more user-friendly opening mechanism with a maximum load capacity of 1,000 kg, significantly improving operational safety, stability, durability, and service life.
